Data controller

The data controller is Davide Angeletti, trading as “Davide FPV”. For any request about personal data you can write to [email protected].

What data I collect

I collect the data you voluntarily send through the forms on the site: name, email address, the content of your message and, in the training request, experience level, drone used, place and goals. For security and to limit abuse, technical browsing data is also processed: the IP address is not stored in clear, only in encrypted form (hash) and for the time needed to limit repeated submissions.

Purposes of processing

I use your data to reply to your request, to manage any collaboration or training path and to protect the site from spam and misuse. I do not use it for promotional mailings, I do not carry out profiling and I do not make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on your consent given by ticking the form checkbox (art. 6(1)(a)) and on the legitimate interest in the security of the site and the prevention of abuse (art. 6(1)(f)). Providing the data is optional, but without name, email and message I cannot reply.

How long I keep it

Messages received through the forms are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted automatically. If a collaboration begins, the data needed is kept for the time required by law.

Recipients and providers

Data is not sold to third parties or disclosed. It is processed, as data processors, by the technical providers that make the service possible: Cloudflare (website hosting, message storage, Turnstile anti-spam and mail forwarding), Resend (sending the email notification of a new message) and the provider of the mailbox where I receive email. Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area: transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and third-party content

The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics or advertising tools. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam may use technical tools strictly necessary for verification. Thumbnails of the channel videos are loaded from YouTube servers; videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only if you press play, and from then on YouTube’s privacy notice and cookies apply. Links to social networks and shops lead to third-party sites with their own privacy notices.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site and on the Telegram channel are affiliate links: if you buy through them I may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. The destination sites are independent controllers of the data they collect.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights provided by arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, as well as withdrawal of the consent given (without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out). To do so write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated, for example if new tools or services are added. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
